Improve muscular strength and endurance by moving your limbs against resistance provided by your body weight, gravity, bands, and dumbbells. Must provide own weights.
*16 & 17 year olds are welcome to register if accompanied by adult.

Class is held at the Guy L. Lefebvre Community Center
