Ages 16+ High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) will not only help build your cardiovascular system but you’ll also build strength. This is a full-body workout with short bursts of intense exercises with short rests in between. Each week will consist of different exercises. Please bring an exercise mat and light weights.
Per session: $25.00 residents, $30.00 non-residents; min 10, max 20
