Ages 16+ Bring the circuit to your mat. This is a full-body workout with bursts of lower intensity exercises with short rests in between. Modifications will be given to all who want to participate. Please bring an exercise mat and light weights.

Session 2: Mondays, October 18 - November 8; $20.00 residents, $25.00 non-residents (4 weeks)
Session 3: Mondays, November 22 - December 20; $25.00 residents, $30.00 non-residents (5 weeks)
