Ages 16+ This is a full-body, body-weight, workout with bursts of intense exercises with short rests in between. With a focus on conditioning and friendly competition, this class is perfect for anyone looking to add more movement to their daily routine. Modifications will be given to all who want to participate. Please bring an exercise mat and wear workout clothes. Class will be held outside, weather permitting.
Per session: $25.00 residents, $30.00 non-residents; min 5, max 10
