Ages 16+ This is a full-body, body-weight workout with bursts of intense exercises with short rests in between. With a focus on conditioning and friendly competition, this class is perfect for anyone looking to add more movement to their daily routine. Modifications will be given to all who want to participate. Please bring an exercise mat and wear workout clothes. Class will be held outside, weather permitting.
Per session: min 5, max 20
Session 1: Saturdays, September 11 - October 2; $20.00 residents, $25.00 non-residents (4 weeks)
8:00 - 9:00 am; Town Hall Annex - Front Field (Back Field if Front Field is in use; indoors in inclement weather)
Session 2: Saturdays, October 9 - November 13; $30.00 residents, $35.00 non-residents (6 weeks)
8:00 - 9:00 am; Community Center - Side Lawn (indoors in inclement weather)
