Ages 16+ Looking to start running? C25K will take you from walking to running 3.1 miles over the course of the program; each week will consist of varied walking and running intervals to help you safely achieve your goals. You’ll gain motivation from the instructor and the other participants in this program. Please wear proper footwear and bring a bottle of water.
The program will conclude with an informal 5K race on Saturday, November 27. Post race refreshments will be provided, and all participants will receive an exclusive t-shirt!
