Teen Center - Teen Center Please note: the Teen Center is currently closed. Check coventryrecreation.com for schedule updates, including reopening and closure announcements! Grades 6-12 The Teen Center is now located at the Town Hall Annex, 1675 Flat River Road. Please access the Teen Center through the gymnasium entrance at the Town Hall Annex; signage will be posted. The Teen Center staff aims to create a fun and enriching experience in a clean, safe, and supervised environment. There is arts and crafts, board games, movies, ping-pong, video games, and Young Adult novels (donated by the Coventry Public Library). Participants have access to Wi-Fi and are encouraged to bring their Chromebooks to work on their homework or projects for school. Participants can now enjoy supervised use of the gymnasium, too. The Teen Center staff plans daily activities, themed projects, and monthly events. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, participation is limited to 8 participants per day, and weekly pre-registration is required until further notice. A health screening is conducted upon arrival. Masks must be worn at all times. These practices are in accordance with State guidelines, as outlined by RIDOH. Updates will be posted on coventryrecreation.com as restrictions and guidelines evolve.
