Ages 16+ High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) will not only help build your cardiovascular system but you’ll also build strength. This is a full-body workout with short bursts of intense exercises with short rests in between. Wear a mask, sneakers and play clothes, bring a snack and a refillable water bottle, and pack outerwear - for playing outside, if the weather permits.  SPRINGWith the exception of Friday, May 14, children MUST come to Kids' Club with their own snack. 4/2 - Puzzles & Games Night - we'll play different games and do a variety of puzzles                                                    4/9 - Bingo Night - play bingo for prizes    4/16 - Movie & Pajama Night - wear your PJs and watch The Lorax on the "big" screen                                                          4/30 - Pirate Night - dress like a pirate and go on a treasure hunt5/7 - Nature Craft Night - go on a nature walk to pick out materials for your craft5/14 - Ice Cream Social! - we'll have ice cream sundaes for snack5/21 - Hawaiian Night - do the limbo and play other fun games 5/28 - Take it Outside Night - we'll spend the night playing games outside$40.00 residents, $50.00 non-residents; min 8, max 16Fridays, April 2 - May 28, 6:30pm-8:30pm; Guy L.
