August 16-18, 2024

Price includes: Coach bus transportation, 2 night stay at Country Inn Lancaster, admission to attractions, 2 buffet breakfasts and gratuity for driver & tour director (trip by DATTCO TOURS) 

Friday, August 16
7:30am: Depart Coventry
Rest stop along route
3pm: Hotel check-in 
4pm: Meet tour director to go on the Amish Farmlands Tour
6pm: Return to hotel
Evening and dinner on your own

Saturday, August 17
7:30am: Hotel breakfast buffet
10:00am: Admission to Chocolate World
 & Hershey Park
6pm: Depart Hershey Park and return to hotel
Lunch and dinner on your own

Sunday, August 18
7:30am: Hotel breakfast buffet
10:00am: Admission to Zoo America
1pm Depart for home

Trip Costs:
Note: The adult price is based on the number of adults in the hotel room. For example, a family of four with two (2) adults and two (2) children would  have a total cost of $1906.
Two (2) adults ($594x2=$1188) at the DOUBLE rate and two (2) children ($359x2=$718). $1188 + $718 = $1906.

Single $724 (price for one adult ages 13+)
Double $594 (price per adult ages 13+)
Triple $544 (price per adult ages 13+)
Quad $524 (price per adult ages 13+)
Child $359 (price per child ages 3-12)

Payment Schedule:
20% due when signing up

50% due by May 31

Full payment  due by June 14

Cancellation fee: If you need to cancel, you must do so before May 31. A 20% down payment and any related credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
